Concept Artist

Hi, I'm Bo Fang — a concept artist and visual development designer with a BFA in Digital Media (Game & Entertainment Design) and a foundation in traditional fine art.

I specialise in character design, worldbuilding, and expressive visual storytelling — taking ideas from early sketches to production-ready concepts, with a strong instinct for shape language, personality, and emotional appeal.

Creator of original IP series Fat Little Animals and Fat Little Fruits. Open to full-time roles in animation, games, and entertainment design. Scroll down to see my work, or get in touch.

Character Design

Characters with a life of their own — distinctive silhouettes, expressive acting, and design choices that make every figure instantly readable on screen.

Environment Design

Worlds that feel lived-in before a single character steps into them — grounded in light, atmosphere, and the kind of spatial logic that makes production design possible.

3D Modeling

Bringing characters and props into three dimensions — sculpted forms built with the same eye for shape language, personality, and appeal that drives the 2D work.

Where Ideas Take Shape and Stories Come Alive

From sketches to polished illustrations, I bring visual ideas to life—turning concepts into memorable characters and immersive worlds.
